Scott Adler is a Principal with Insight Strategies, LLC. Scott has been in health care marketing, business development and community organizing for more than 20 years. Scott has developed strategic partnerships between health care organizations, schools, churches, municipalities and businesses. In addition to marketing and business development, Scott has managed clinical and retail operations and has extensive process redesign training and experience. He has published articles on his work in relationship marketing, community development and health status improvement as well as a book chapter on quality and customer service. He co-wrote and produced the PBS documentary, “Living With Cancer: The Windstorms of Life.”

Scott has been working with organizations and communities across the country for more than 12 years helping them make the right strategic choices to ensure their future success. He was one of 30 thought leaders from across North America invited by the VHA Health Foundation and DTG to a summit exploring critical questions related to the future of creating healthy communities. He is a regularly featured speaker at national conferences. He was a 1994-95 Fellow with The Healthcare Forum and he participated in the Health Care Colloquium at Harvard University. He is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Detroit-Mercy and was a Diplomate in the American College of Health Care Executives. He was the first elected chair of the internationally recognized and award-winning initiative Creating a Healthier Macomb.

Robert Beyer is a Principal with Insight Strategies, LLC. Bob has over 30 years experience in healthcare, including 13 years in clinical services and 17 years as a hospital/system CEO. His leadership experiences as a CEO span a range of settings, from rural hospitals to a multi-institutional, regional system with net revenues of $300 million. He has also served on project teams and as project manager in international consulting engagements through Trinity Health International.

Bob has led organizations that have been recognized nationally for community service and for the development of creative, strategic partnerships for community improvement, with awards that include the AHA Nova award for community services and a national designation as one of 20 Community Care Network Demonstration Grant recipients by the American Hospital Association, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the Kellogg Foundation.
